လိုလွ်င္ႀကံဆ၊ နည္းလမ္းရ

အသက္ ၁၄ ႏွစ္အရြယ္ စုစုေဌးေလး တစ္ေယာက္ မူလတန္းၿပီးေျမာက္ေၾကာင္း ဆု တက္ယူတဲ့အခါ သူ႔အေမျဖစ္သူဟာ စိတ္လႈပ္ရွားဝမ္းသာ ျဖစ္ရပါတယ္။ “ဒါက ကၽြန္မ သမီးေလး အခမ္းအနားပြဲႀကီးတစ္ခုမွာ ဆုတက္ယူတာကို ပထမဆုံးအႀကိမ္ ေတြ႔ဖူးတာပါ။ ကၽြန္မ အရမ္းဂုဏ္ယူပါတယ္” လုိ႔ ေဒၚခ်ဳိမိေလးက မ်က္ရည္ေတြ ဝိုင္းၿပီး ေျပာျပတယ္။ “ဒါက အမ်ားစုအတြက္ေတာ့ ထူးထူးျခားျခား ႀကိဳးစားအားထုတ္မႈ မဟုတ္ေပမဲ့ ကၽြန္မအတြက္ေတာ့ ကၽြန္မသမီးေလး ဒီလိုစင္ျမင့္ေပၚမွာ ဂုဏ္ယူဝင့္ၾကြားတဲ့ ပုံစံေလးနဲ႔ ရပ္ေနတာကုိ ျမင္ရတာဟာ တကယ့္ေအာင္ျမင္မႈႀကီးတစ္ခုပါပဲ။”

If there is a will, there is a way

When 14-year-old Su Su Htay won an award for completing primary school, her mother was overcome with emotion. “This is the first time I saw my daughter receive an award in a big event, and I was honoured,” said Cho Mi Lay, tears welling up in her eyes. “It’s not an outstanding effort for many, but for me it was a huge success to see my daughter standing on stage in such a proud manner.”

မသန္စြမ္းကေလးငယ္မ်ားအား ပထမဆံုးအႀကိမ္ ေလ့လာဆန္းစစ္မႈ ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံတြင္ စတင္


မသန္စြမ္းကေလးငယ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ၎တို႔မိသားစုမ်ား၏ အခက္အခဲ အေတြ႕အၾကံဳမ်ားကို စနစ္တက် ေလ့လာ ႏိုင္ရန္ ပထမဆံုးေလ့လာဆန္းစစ္မႈ အစီရင္ခံစာကို ယူနီဆက္ဖ္ႏွင့္ပူးေပါင္း၍ လူမႈဝန္ထမ္း ကယ္ဆယ္ ေရးႏွင့္ ျပန္လည္ေနရာခ်ထားေရး ဝန္ႀကီးဌာန၊ လူမႈဝန္ထမ္း ဦးစီးဌာနက မိတ္ဆက္ထုတ္ေဝလိုက္သည္။

The first analysis on children with disabilities launched in Myanmar



The first ever situation analysis in Myanmar to provide a systematic understanding of the experiences of children with disabilities and their families was launched by the Department of Social Welfare, Ministry of Social Welfare, Relief and Resettlement, in collaboration with UNICEF.

Including children with disabilities not only benefit them but enriches everyone in the society

YANGON, Myanmar 14 JUNE 2013 – UNICEF’s global flagship report State of the World’s Children 2013 on children with disabilities was launched in Aung San Stadium today amidst joyous participation of a hundred children along with distinguished speakers and advocates calling for equitable rights and opportunities for children with disabilities.
